Our team at Pili Pala is run by the Manager and Deputy Michelle Pugh and Nicola Powles, who both have a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and Transformational Leadership. They both over see the running of the nursery and report on a daily basis with the directors Shireen and Kevin Griffiths. Shireen is NVQ level 3 qualified and is currently working towards her NVQ level 4, she also holds certificates in First aid and Child Protection.
All nursery nurses have at least a level 3 qualification or equivilant.
All our staff have opportunities to further their professional development from our regular staff meetings and on going training programmes. We are passionate about our in house training.
We pride ourselves on having an open door system in which parents are encouraged to voice any comments or concerns.The Nursery Manager and Director will be happy to discuss any problems with you.

Key Person
Each child has a dedicated “Key Person” who is responsible for monitoring development and informing parents of progress. A “Key Person” will be available for parents to discuss any queries or issues.
