The Laurels Day Nursery is an old Victorian house which was transformed into a nursery in 2011.

The nursery is managed by Nicola Edwards who has a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Learning and Development and has also completed her NVQ Level 4 (for Managers) in Childcare, Learning and Development. The nursery is registered for 35 children and is split into two sections, the Over 2 years are on the ground floor and the under 2 years are on the first floor. Both sections follow Continuous Provision and have a variety of activities on offer everyday. This allows the children to explore and make independent choices through play.

The nursery provides full day (8am - 6pm), morning (8am - 1pm) and afternoon (1pm - 6pm) sessions. We also provide a holiday club during the school holidays.

We have a large garden so children can access further activities and develop an understanding of the World around them.

The nursery provides adequate parking for parents and staff plus a convenient and safe drop off and collection area.

The Laurels has excellent links with the A470 and the M4.
