Parent’s Partnership

We understand that it is important for parents to be involved in every aspect of their child’s development, including when they are in nursery.

To support and involve parents we offer the following additional services:

Informative Daily Sheets

To inform parents of how their child has been (including eating, sleeping and nappy changing) in nursery.

Informative Daily Conversations

With their Child’s Key Worker, so parent’s are kept aware of their child’s development within nursery.

Stay and Play Sessions

Where parents are invited to “stay and play” and take part in the activities along with their children, with support and guidance from our team.

Home Link Parent Projects

Which supports parents to be creative with their children at home and then exhibit their work at nursery.

Parent’s Evenings

Held twice a year with informative guest speakers. Gives parent’s an opportunity to discuss their child’s development and progress in nursery.

Parent’s Events Calendar

Which includes various events held at nursery, from the Summer Fete to Christmas Concerts.

Parents Committee

All parents, past and present, are invited to join our parent’s committee and have an active involvement in the decision making and events at nursery.

Open Door Policy

We pride ourselves on our Open Door Policy, which encourages all parents to raise any comments, concerns or suggestions to any member of our team. We value our parent’s opinions and are constantly looking at ways to improve the service we provide.
